Our instructors
Jurian Zürcher
Dr. Jurian Zürcher holds a PhD in Neuroscience from the University and ETH Zurich Switzerland.
He served over 2 decades in the pharmaceutical industry in various positions from research to commercial. He commanded drug price negotiations several European countries. He has advised international companies, including numerous top 10 biotech and pharmaceutical companies in difficult negotations. He also lectures negotiation strategies and tactics at the University of Zurich.
Alexey Buyakofu
Alexey Buyakofu is a global citizen who grew up in Japan and Russia and now lives and works in Switzerland. He is not only a talented trainer and coach who speaks Japanese, Russian, English and German, but also an award-winning entrepreneur who has brought Japanese business to Europe. He holds a bachelor’s degree in physics from Waseda University in Tokyo. In his spare time, he is a passionate and tenacious rugby player with great team spirit.
Thomas Kühl
Thomas Kühl is a professional film and stage actor with extensive experience in Switzerland and Los Angeles. Originally trained as neuroscientist, he previously worked for 10 years in the pharmaceutical sector as medical advisor, drug price negotiator and public affairs expert. Nowadays he is combining his unique set of strategic business and acting skills as moderator, communication trainer and business coach. Additionally, he is a certified mental coach with a great passion for helping people to improve their authenticity, communication skills and mindset so that they ultimately can reach their true potential – not only in negotiations but also in every day life.
