1. Fit & need assessment call
In this 30 min call we will discuss your needs and overarching goals for this training.
2. Team & instructor preparation call
On this 30-60 min call your team will share situations they are dealing with and your objectives.
3. Training blueprint
After we discuss the training objectives and specifics around your negotiation situation, we will create a course proposal. You will provide your feedback to ensure complete alignment.
4. Training session
Our instructors will lead your team through the course, answer questions and help practice your learned skills.
5. Evolve
Once the course is completed, we will schedule a follow-up 60 minute session that can be used to answer any remaining questions, provide a refresher or help you tweak any skills you learned during our training.
